Now that I’ve completed a spring triathlon, I think my next goal will be to do the Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon here in Atlanta. I run very, very SLOWLY. So, I just downloaded a 9 week training plan for a half marathon which I hope will teach me how to increase my speed.

Since I’ll be buying my new road bike, as soon as I save the money, I probably won’t follow this half training plan exactly. I will definitely want to throw in some biking. So, we’ll see.
